The Burford Centre Policy 1. Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness for all clients, a 48-hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session or no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or injury. Please contact us to discuss. 2. Client Conduct Respect for the Facility: Clients are expected to treat the facility and its equipment with respect.
