The Burford Centre Policy 1. Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness for all clients, a 48-hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session or no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or injury. Please contact us to discuss. 2. Client Conduct Respect for the Facility: Clients are expected to treat the facility and its equipment with respect. Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene practices, especially when using shared equipment. Appropriate Attire: Wear suitable clothing for workouts. Supervision: Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult. 3. Staff Conduct Professionalism: Staff members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour at all times. Client Confidentiality: All client information will be kept confidential in accordance with data protection regulations. Emergency Procedures: Staff are trained to respond to emergencies and accidents. 4. Health and Safety Risk Assessment: Regular risk assessments are conducted to identify and minimize potential hazards. First Aid: First aid kits are available on-site. Emergency Procedures: Emergency procedures are in place and regularly reviewed. 5. Membership Terms and Conditions Membership Fees: Membership fees are due on the specified date each month. Membership Suspension: Members may request a temporary suspension of their membership under certain circumstances. Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice. 6. Use of Facilities Class Bookings: Bookings for classes are essential to avoid overcrowding. Equipment Use: Clients are responsible for using equipment correctly and safely. Facility Rules: Adherence to all facility rules is mandatory.
