🏋️‍♀️ ONE OF OUR MOST INCLUSIVE POWERLIFTING COMPETITIONS
Strong for Change isn’t simply about who can lift the heaviest weight.
Our competition brings together experienced lifters alongside people living with disabilities, neurological conditions, long-term health conditions and life-changing injuries.
For some, victory will be a huge lift. For others, getting onto that platform and completing a lift after everything they’ve been through will be an incredible achievement in itself.
đź’Ş Different abilities. Different journeys. One platform.
âš˝ U11 9-A-SIDE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
The action continues outside with our Under-11s 9-a-side football tournament, giving our young players the chance to compete, enjoy football and represent their teams as part of this special community day.
🔥 BOOT CAMP & FITNESS ACTIVITIES
Come ready to move! We’ll have boot camp and fitness activities bringing energy, exercise and fun to the day.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 AND PLENTY FOR THE CHILDREN!
Strong for Change is a family event, with children’s activities, inclusive sports, SEND activities, fun and entertainment throughout the day.
🍔 FOOD • FUN • FITNESS • FOOTBALL • FAMILY
There will be food and refreshments available, so bring the family, enjoy the atmosphere and make a day of it.
❤️ We will also be raising vital funds to support the Sandra Shekle Rehabilitation Programme, helping people affected by neurological injuries, long-term conditions and physical limitations access rehabilitation and community support.
🎟️ ONLY 40 SPACES LEFT!
Don’t leave it too late to register.
Come and see strength in all its forms from the powerlifting platform to the football pitch, from rehabilitation journeys to children discovering the joy of sport.
